Terms of Service

Last updated October 7, 2026

Effective date: October 7, 2026

These terms govern your use of s4contracts.com (the "Site"), operated by Gunja Consulting, Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you use the Site for an employer, you agree on that employer's behalf.

1. What the Site is

The Site is a job board for SAP professionals. It lists jobs posted directly by employers and jobs collected from employers' public career sites, and it lets candidates create profiles, save jobs and subscribe to alerts. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by SAP SE. SAP, S/4HANA and related marks are trademarks of SAP SE and are used only to describe the subject matter of the listings.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password safe. One person may not hold more than one candidate account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or automated.

3. Candidates

  • Your profile and resume must be truthful and your own.
  • You control whether your profile is listed in the talent directory. Public cards show only your initials and professional details; your contact details and resume are shared only with employers who have database access while your profile is visible.
  • Applying to a job on an employer's own site is governed by that employer's terms. We are not party to any employment or contracting relationship you enter into.
  • We do not guarantee that any job is open, accurately described, or will respond to your application.

4. Employers

  • You may post only genuine openings for which you or your client are hiring, and only roles substantially about SAP products. We review postings and may decline, edit, re-categorize or remove any posting at our discretion, including postings that are misleading, duplicate, outside the Site's scope, or that violate employment or anti-discrimination law.
  • Postings must include the engagement type (corp-to-corp, W2, 1099 or full-time) and should include the rate or salary range where required by law in the hiring location.
  • You may not post jobs that require payment from candidates, multi-level marketing, or roles that are primarily lead generation.
  • You are responsible for complying with employment, immigration and data-protection law for candidates you contact. Contact details obtained through the Site may be used only to recruit for the posted role; they may not be sold, added to marketing lists, or used after you stop using the Site.
  • By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute and syndicate the posting (for example to search engines and job feeds) while it is live, and to keep an archival copy afterwards.
  • Companies listed from public career sites may claim their company page. Claiming a page confirms you are authorized to act for that company.

5. Paid products

Some products may require payment. Prices are shown before purchase. Postings run for the stated period and are not refundable once published, except where the law requires otherwise or where we remove a posting through no fault of yours, in which case we refund the unused portion. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your dashboard; cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period. Taxes are added where applicable.

6. Acceptable use

You may not: scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Site other than through feeds we publish for that purpose; interfere with the Site's operation; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; post malware, spam or unlawful content; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or use the Site to discriminate unlawfully.

7. Content and intellectual property

The Site's design, code, text and compilation of listings are ours or our licensors'. Job postings belong to the employers that wrote them; candidate profiles belong to the candidates. You may link to any public page. Our blog articles may be quoted with attribution and a link.

8. Third-party sites

Apply links and company websites lead to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that listings are accurate, complete or current, that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using the Site will result in employment or hires. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

11. Indemnity

Employers will indemnify us against claims arising from their postings, their use of candidate data, or their breach of these terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account pages or by emailing support@s4contracts.com. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, with notice where practical. Sections 7 through 14 survive termination.

13. Changes to the Site or these terms

We may change the Site and these terms. Material changes are announced on the Site or by email to account holders and take effect 14 days later; continued use after that is acceptance.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief anywhere. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
