job summary:
We are seeking an SAP Datasphere Lead to guide end-to-end data delivery and stabilization for our enterprise analytics infrastructure. In this role, you will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to model, integrate, and optimize complex financial data solutions. You will be instrumental in aligning S/4HANA extractions, SAP Datasphere architectures, and SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards to drive data reliability across the organization.

Bachelor's degree (Graduation) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
8+ years of deep technical experience in SAP Datasphere, SAP BTP, and SAP S/4HANA CDS views.
Proven track record in data modeling, performance optimization, and Finance data reconciliation.
Hands-on expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) integration and reporting layer management.
Must be local to the Irving, TX area and able to work on-site 3 days per week (Hybrid).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of Meter-to-Cash (M2C) billing system integrations and data workflows.
Strong communication and cross-team coordination skills across AMS and project environments.

- Lead end-to-end design, development, deployment, and hypercare support for SAP Datasphere enhancements.
- Partner with Finance and technology teams to understand business requirements, resolve performance bottlenecks, and reconcile data.
- Build and optimize SAP Datasphere data products, S/4HANA CDS views, and integration paths into SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Coordinate across AMS, project, and business units to drive defect resolution, backlog prioritization, and system performance tuning.
- Establish reusable, standardized data models to reduce reporting complexity and elevate data quality.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Graduation) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
8+ years of deep technical experience in SAP Datasphere, SAP BTP, and SAP S/4HANA CDS views.
