Our client is a leading pharmaceutical and life sciences manufacturing organization. Based out of Durham, North Carolina, they are looking to hire a Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Functional Lead on a Full-Time basis.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced SAP Finance professional to become a key functional leader in a modern SAP S/4HANA environment. The successful candidate will drive manufacturing costing, profitability analysis, and financial process improvements while partnering directly with Finance and Manufacturing leadership. Full-Time Direct Hire Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• 7+ years of SAP FICO experience
• 3+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience
• Product Costing configuration experience
• Material Ledger and Actual Costing expertise
• End-to-end implementation of S/4HANA Margin Analysis
• Manufacturing accounting experience
• Process manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, chemicals, food, or related environments
• Strong understanding of financial close and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Daily Responsibilities

• Serve as the SAP FICO functional SME in a post-go-live SAP environment
• Configure and support Product Costing processes
• Support Material Ledger and Actual Costing activities
• Drive profitability reporting and Margin Analysis solutions
• Partner with Finance and Manufacturing teams to improve business processes
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Lead testing, training, and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot complex SAP finance and manufacturing issues
• Maintain functional design documentation and process standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and SAP roadmap planning
