Work You’ll Do

As a PROJECT - Manager, Technical Transformation on the Government & Public Services team, you will be responsible for…

• Leading SAP-enabled technical transformation workstreams from planning through implementation, stabilization, and transition to operations
• Translating client objectives and business requirements into delivery plans, milestones, dependency maps, and measurable outcomes
• Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and change requests in coordination with client and Deloitte stakeholders
• Coordinating technical, functional, data, testing, and change-management activities across cross-functional delivery teams
• Providing status reporting, escalating delivery decisions, and recommending actions to resolve blockers and protect project outcomes

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must have an active TS SCI with Poly
• 5+ years of SAP/ABAP reporting experience

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $218,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
