We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Specialist with deep expertise in complex discrete manufacturing environments, specifically supporting high-mix Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Make-to-Order (MTO) production environments. Operating as a true SAP Super User across Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Production Planning (PP), and Capacity Planning modules, this hands-on lead will establish mid- and long-term production guidelines, optimize safety stocks and reorder points, and maintain high master data integrity. The ideal candidate will bridge sales and manufacturing by translating unit volume forecasts at the material group level into actionable plant activity hours, while leading weekly capacity, MPS, and monthly SIOP meetings. If you possess 5+ years of operational planning experience in a matrixed project-sales environment and thrive on utilizing SAP transaction-level insights to align plant demand, capacity budgets, and inventory targets, we invite you to apply.
