<h2>SAP PS Functional Consultant</h2><p>We're seeking an experienced <strong>SAP Project System (PS) Functional Consultant</strong> to support a high-visibility DoD program. This is a client-facing role where you'll lead Project System workshops, drive solution design, and help organizations improve project planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting within an SAP S/4HANA environment.</p><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul><li>6+ years of SAP Project System (PS) functional configuration experience in an implementation or consulting role</li><li>At least two full lifecycle SAP implementations</li><li>Hands-on experience configuring:<ul><li>Project Profiles</li><li>Coding Masks</li><li>WBS Templates</li><li>Standard Project Structures</li><li>Standard Networks</li><li>Network Profiles</li><li>Network and Activity Types</li><li>Milestones</li></ul></li><li>Experience integrating external scheduling tools or Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) with SAP PS</li><li>Deep expertise with:<ul><li>WBS Structures</li><li>Network Scheduling</li><li>Scheduling Types</li><li>Relationships and Constraints</li><li>Reduction Strategies</li><li>Factory Calendars</li><li>Milestone Planning</li></ul></li><li>Experience configuring:<ul><li>PS Progress Analysis</li><li>Earned Value Reporting</li><li>Progress Versions</li><li>Measurement Methods</li><li>Progress Determination</li></ul></li><li>Strong knowledge of:<ul><li>Budget Planning and Control</li><li>Availability Control</li><li>Commitment Management</li><li>Cost Planning</li><li>Results Analysis</li><li>Settlement Rules</li></ul></li><li>Experience integrating SAP PS with:<ul><li>Production Planning (PP)</li><li>Materials Management (MM)</li><li>Controlling (CO)</li><li>Sales and Distribution (SD)</li></ul></li><li>Experience assigning production orders and procurement activities to WBS elements and working with project stock</li><li>Ability to write functional design documents, functional specifications, and UAT test scripts</li><li>Ability to lead workshops and facilitate discussions with business stakeholders, program managers, project controls teams, and finance organizations</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li></ul><h3>Preferred Experience</h3><ul><li>SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Project Systems or related SAP PS certification</li><li>Active Security Clearance</li><li>Department of Defense (DoD), aerospace, defense contractor, or government contracting experience</li><li>SAP S/4HANA 2022 or 2023 Project System experience</li><li>Experience with:<ul><li>Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)</li><li>Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)</li><li>IPMDAR</li><li>BCWS, BCWP, and ACWP reporting</li><li>DCMA schedule assessments</li></ul></li><li>Experience with engineer-to-order manufacturing environments</li><li>Familiarity with:<ul><li>Project Manufacturing Management and Optimization (PMMO)</li><li>SAP PEO</li><li>SAP Fiori reporting</li><li>CDS-based analytics</li><li>SAP Financial Project Control (FPC)</li><li>Commercial Project Management (CPM)</li><li>SAP EPPM Portfolio Management</li></ul></li><li>Prior consulting experience supporting architecture, functional design, client advisory services, and delivery governance</li></ul><h3>Travel</h3><ul><li>Up to 75% travel.</li></ul><p>This opportunity is ideal for a <span style="color:rgb(8,7,7);">senior</span> SAP PS consultant who enjoys working directly with clients, leading blueprint workshops, and designing scalable project management, scheduling, cost control, and reporting solutions within SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate combines deep SAP Project System expertise with strong program controls knowledge and can bridge project management, scheduling, production, and finance requirements into an integrated enterprise solution.</p><strong>Job Type & Location</strong><p>This is a Contract position based out of Neptune Beach, FL.</p><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong><p>The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $145.00/hr. <p> Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.<p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
