DescriptionManufacturing Architect to deliver the functional architecture for SAP S/4HANA(Quality Management, Material Management), SAP EWM, and SAP Yard Logistics solutionssupporting battery manufacturing operations in Glendale, Kentucky. This rolewill translate manufacturing, quality, warehouse, yard, and logisticsrequirements into scalable SAP process designs that integrate with MES, SCADA,PLCs, ASRS, AGVs, automation, quality, and supply chain systems.<h2>Responsibilities</h2>· Architect end-to-end functionalsolutions across SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, and Yard Logistics for manufacturing facilities.· Defineprocess designs for production planning, material staging, goods movement,inventory accuracy, inbound/outbound logistics, yard execution, and warehouseoperations.· Partnerwith manufacturing, MP&L, quality, IT, plant operations, and systemintegrator teams to convert business requirements into SAP fit-to-standarddesigns.· Ensureintegration alignment between SAP S/4HANA, decentralized EWM, Yard Logistics,MES, SCADA, PLCs, warehouse automation, ASRS, AGVs, quality, and 3PL systems.· Leadsolution workshops, design reviews, issue resolution, testing support, cutoverplanning, and hypercare readiness for manufacturing and logistics processes.· Drivestandardization, governance, data quality, security, and scalable architecturedecisions across the Glendale manufacturing landscape.<h2>Qualifications</h2>· 7+ years of SAP functionalarchitecture or solution design experience in manufacturing, supply chain,warehouse management, or logistics environments.· Stronghands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA manufacturing and logistics capabilities,including MM, PP, QM, inventory management, and integration points with EWM.· Deepexperience with SAP EWM, preferably decentralized EWM, including inbound,outbound, production staging, warehouse task execution, RF, automation, andyard processes.· Workingknowledge of SAP Yard Logistics, transportation unit management, gatecheck-in/check-out, yard orders, dock scheduling, and yard-to-warehouseexecution.· Experienceintegrating SAP with MES, SCADA, PLCs, plant floor systems, warehouseautomation, ASRS, AGVs, quality systems, 3PLs, and middleware such as SAP BTPIntegration Suite.· Abilityto facilitate cross-functional workshops, document functional designs, evaluatedesign tradeoffs, and communicate clearly with business and technicalstakeholders.· Automotive,battery manufacturing, energy storage, or high-volume manufacturing experiencepreferred.TRAVEL REQUIRED to Glendale KY- 1 week/month through end of 2026- 2 weeks/month in 2027- Travel is billable Sr. Level Solution Architect with SAP experience (Core Modules are EWM, and Yard Logistics ) Heavy focus around Quality and Robotics.
