responsibilities:
- Translate customer demand from IBP into weekly production schedules within SAP, accounting for demonstrated plant capacity.
- Run daily SAP reports to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies between planned schedules and floor execution.
- Reconcile Kanban inventory levels between physical stock and SAP records to maintain continuous material flow.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to resolve scheduling bottlenecks and manage work-in-process inventory.
- Prepare shop floor paperwork, issue production orders (ZP01, ZP05, ZP08), and expedite raw materials or finished goods through inspection.
qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Education: High School (required)
